Developed the in-store marketing and visual merchandising to support the SPARKED category Launch. The program manifesto is:
Ignite your curiosity.
Meet the latest collection of emerging brands with products and stories that help you see possibilities in a whole new light.
Using an existing promo table fixture, we developed the top structure, including the 3D SPARKED logo, middle center cube and all acrylic risers, cubes and trays to hold the merchandise. The fixture is shopped from all four sides, with each side featuring one curated new brand. The curated assortment rotated monthly.
The sparked front fixture cover was developed as a rigid material that is easily applied with magnets and features a “back hinging door” so that the underside table shelf and floor can be used for hidden storage - which further optimizes the efficiency with replenishment and staging for future sets.
Skills utilized during this project: Strategic Marketing Planning, Cross-functional team collaboration and planning, Project Management, Production/ Sourcing, 3D /2D adaptation off creative concept to prototype, logistics to produce, kit / pack and ship direct to door.
