Dyson Sephora Fixture System

THE REQUEST:
Given existing constraints on space within the Sephora store, with expanding beauty product range we developed a new fixture system that allowed for expansion vertically (vs. the traditional horizontal table placement).
 

WHAT WAS DELIVERED:
The fixture solution uses similar product tiles to hold Dyson machines (vertically) and display product and campaign information. The solution contains retractable tethers for both security and consistent returned placement. The tile system also allows for each interchangeability. The new fixture system provided a substantial cost savings over prior fixture systems in Sephora locations. The new system has been rolled out in Sephora stores across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

THE RESULTS:
The new fixture system created an enhanced visual presentation at a higher level than the prior flat surface on the wall - which translated to increased awareness and conversions of dyson consultations by Sephora Beauty associates as well as sales of featured beauty products.

SKILLS UTILIZED DURING THIS PROJECT:
Strategic Marketing Planning, Cross-functional team collaboration and planning, Project Management, Production/ Sourcing, 3D /2D adaptation off creative concept to prototype, logistics to produce, kit / pack and ship direct to door. Design development partnership with vendor. Rollout installation management by professional install company (placement/ electrical). Unpacking and installation instructions by store visual team for graphics.
